APPG meeting on marine and costal careers

The APPG for the Ocean was delighted to host a joint meeting yesterday with the APPG for Coastal Communities on marine and coastal careers. A huge thank you to our speakers, Suzanne MacLachlan from the National Oceanography Centre, Karen Daglish from Stronger Shores, and Laura Robinson and Wave Crookes from SeaGrown for presenting to our APPGs.

This meeting focused on the wide range of coastal and marine career opportunities available for our coastal communities. Grateful to our presenters and to the parliamentarians for the great discussions and questions on this vital topic!
